Buffy Changes Name

“Buffy the Vampire” siren Sarah Michelle Gellar has officially taken the last name of her husband, fellow actor Freddie Prinze, Jr. The star told Us Weekly she made the change in honor of the couple’s recent fifth wedding anniversary, when she presented the Latino heartthrob (they met on the set of “I Know What You Did Last Summer”) with her driver’s license which read:  Sarah Michelle Prinze (Why leave out the Jr.?)  While this is a sweet and romantic bit of news, we must wonder if she would have dropped the Gellar had her last few movies not tanked badly at the box office.  Still, she sounds like a thoughtful and giving wife.  In fact, she’s slated to appear on the cover of the December issue of Maxim (the adolescent's Playboy).  Yes, another anniversary gift every hubby wants.
