Paris and Larry Birkhead at Playboy Mansion

Here’s one for the family scrapbook. A picture in today’s Page Six of Paris Hilton and Anna Nicole Smith inseminator Larry Birkhead, posing together at the Playboy Mansion in Halloween outfits.  Ex-con Paris is dressed as Alice in Wonderland, while Larry is in full Star Wars regalia.  The two bottle-blondes do look good together, so why not fan the rumor flames of a possible romance.  Of course, Paris is supposedly involved with a Swedish-born pizza boy turned runway model.  And Larry is battling nasty accusations from newsy Nancy Grace (in her new book) that he and the deceased Anna’s lawyer/hubby, Howard Stern, shared more than just mutual love of her money (if you get the drift).  But we are not ones to discourage relationships, particularly when they are so good for the gossip business.  And so we’d like to christen this toothsome twosome—in the spirit of “Bennifer” (Affleck + J.Lo) and “Brangelina” (Pitt + Jolie)—“Hilton-Head?”
