It looks like Mischa Barton’s aspiring fashion model younger sister, Hania, is getting some good career advice. Page Six reports that Hania recently showed up last weekend at a Hollywood catwalk, “so wasted that she couldn't walk the runway.”  Celebritybabylon.com also said, “she was so out of it” at the Troy Kingdom fashion show at club Area, that she could “barely stand up.”  Hania already has one past rehab stint under her belt.
