Chris Noth Goes To Starbucks And I Saw Him, By John McCaffrey

Chris Noth, "Mr. Big" from Sex and the City, was enjoying a cup of coffee and reading the paper at the counter of Starbucks in Chelsea (21st Street), NYC, when I walked in during my lunch break. No sign of Carrie and company. But that’s a good thing.  Ever since Sarah Jessica Parker was named Unsexiest Woman by Maxim, it’s as if a weight has been lifted and I can believe once again people will listen to what I have to say.  Duh, even when she was supposed to play the hot lady in Honeymoon In Vegas I was like, forget it.  This is a Hollywood lie.  Needless to say, spotting Chris Noth without “Carrie Bradshaw” was awesome.  Plus he’s my hero: one moment he’s Mr. Big making the worst mistake of his life by touching Sarah Jessica Parker and the next minute he’s busting crimes as Detective Mike Logan on Law & Order.  And there he was today, at Starbucks, near my job, drinking a respectable cup of coffee.
